Initiate Your Request
Log into your Sony Latin Store account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables, ensuring you clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location across the Latin American region.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned product, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchange unit will be dispatched within 5-7 business days.
